The heated pool is good, especially because it is winter and it is a great place to swim. It's big. The rooms are correct, but not for 4*. You can park comfortably in front of the hotel at no extra cost.

worst thing was no doubt that we found the toilet dirty and told him at the reception. We went out to dinner and when we came back it was exactly the same. Not only did they do nothing but they doubted our word with strange faces. next day when we left we said it again, they only answered: "it doesn't usually happen". it did happen. I personally cleaned it up. little disgusting. walls are made of paper and you can hear everything from the next room. SPA is not a spa. It's a simple jacuzzi where 8 people fit tightly. There's no mini bar, fridge is, it's empty. At least a little bottle of water. I drank tap water, I can't say that's why, I've been having acute gastroenteritis. mistake of drinking from the tap is mine, if they at least put in a bottle of water. Yeah, it's cheap, then don't let them say it's 4*. Ah, heat is stifling. It's terribly hot even though we turn off the room thermostat all night. of course, opening the window when we're in winter is not an option.

Travel to Lugo for leisure, the first thing you find is a fairly large area of free parking both in front and on the sides of the hotel, parking was very easy, about 20 of the parking spaces have a canopy, something that is surely grateful in summer. The hotel is right clean rooms, no luxuries, we arrived one Saturday we unpacked and direct for the heated pool, a luxury when in the street the thermometer marks 8 degrees, have the water quite hot, then we went to the spa area that a large jacuzzi, all on the main floor, in the room has a gym and sauna. Then we went to Lugo for tapas, 4km away from the hotel. For breakfast you have the option of buffet breakfast q 9,50 per person or enjoy the cafeteria, in our case was the second option, two medium coffees an orange juice and two croissants grilled 7,40. In general the stay was pleasant

Bad luck to coincide with a bachelorette party in Gijón-Asturias. At 4 in the morning they came through the hotel like an elephant in a china shop demonstrating their bad manners and lack of respect for the guests we were trying to rest, they continued talking in a very high tone until 5:30

Hotel with spa, gym, pool, and tennis club. Free access to all of them. Conveniently located near a shopping center. A great place to relax, exercise, and shop.

Who needs a hair dryer in a hotel? Definitely not me.

Parking, clean, well located

It is a hotel with many facilities (gym, small spa or massage pool, large heated pool) and a very attentive and friendly staff in general.the cafeteria/restaurant is very good for lunch or dinner if you do not go out, good value for money.the room was a good size, with a desk to work with the computer, good bed and TV.The bathroom was good, unpretentious... and everything was very clean and looked like new. We were very comfortable the days we were there, although it is true that from my point of view it could easily be upgraded with a little effort (I'll write down what I didn't like, although I'd rather say what I see as improvable)

You can't say there's anything wrong, but there's plenty of room for improvement... like roofing the way to the heated pool in case, as in our case, there is a storm, the wardrobe in the room is a bit small for a couple who are here for several days, the cafeteria closes at twelve and if you want to stay a bit longer there is no possibility, from 09:00 smokers can only smoke in the street and with a small roof, there is no area especially for children (two swings to say the least and a slide (when there were enough children)... these are small things, but they could increase the quality of the final product.

As young holiday goers, we absolutely loved the modern facilities at this hotel. the swimming pool and gym were top-notch, providing us with great opportunities to relax and stay active. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making our experience even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the option of having breakfast at the hotel's cafeteria, which was convenient for us. we found the hotel to be excellent value for the price and would definitely consider staying here again.

Very very disgusting food . I am a trained chef and i would not give the food to my dog letalone my children. $ star classification is a complete farce i do not think it would be any more than a 2 star. Disgusting in general. Feel sorry for the staff!

We stayed 3 years ago and said we would stay again. It is close to where our daughter-in-law and son live. A truly relaxing and family friendly hotel. The accommodation is really nice & comfortable and a good price.

I had a fantastic stay at Auditorio Santiago & Spa! The value for money was excellent and the room was comfortable and modern. The location was great, with easy access to town and a nearby golf course. The staff were professional and accommodating, especially Carlos the waiter for our lunches.

Just one small thing that could be improved for breakfast choices.

City center in just a few miles, jacuzzi, pool and sauna for free are great values for a one night stay after long driving.
